The warranty coverage includes full life cycle management service with environmental protection recycling that complies with RoHS non-pollution standards and achieves ≥95% core material reuse rate.

The warranty covers capacity retention, and if the battery capacity falls below the 90% retention standard during the design life, you should contact our technicians for assessment and support.

OTA remote upgrade service is included throughout the warranty period, requiring only wired network support to receive automatically pushed firmware updates without on-site operation.

Local data storage for at least one year is included in the warranty, while unlimited cloud storage requires an additional service subscription beyond the standard coverage.

The warranty is based on a 15-year design life with ≥6000 cycles, meaning the battery maintains performance standards throughout this operational lifespan under normal conditions.
